I am looking for someone who loves children and who can drive and get a drivers license in Florida. This is very important because I work.
I also need someone who is an excellent swimmer as my kids love the water. There is housework to be done and ironing and cooking. We also have an extra car for your use.
You would be treated as part of our family and you would be safe! You would have your own room with a bathroom, stereo, television and c.d. player.

Dear Marcello,

Hi Marcello, I hope this message finds you well. I spoke with you the other day regarding childcare for our identical twin girls. We need someone that is energetic, kind, caring, independent, dependable and who is excited about working with 2 year olds. She also must love dogs as we have a 3 year old goldern retriever (named Dakota) who is soft and furry but likes to run and play too. She must also be able to drive immediately upon arrival, as our kids attend day-school 3 times per week. There are some additional duties with the kids as well that require her to be able to drive. We have had a good experience with 2 aupairs prior to this and feel we have a lot to offer to the aupair as well in cultural and family experiences. We do follow the same rules as our previous aupair and the aupair can expect to get a schedule before the start of each month. She will work a few hours on Sunday (later in the day) but will always have 1 ½ days off a week and at least 1 full weekend a month. I know that it is important for the person to meet friends and enjoy herself while here and can accomodate the schedule accordingly. We absolutely request that she be non-smoking in all environments and at all times -- please no smokers. In addition, she must be able to do the children related activities of cooking, cleaning, and diaper changing/potty training during the day as well as be responsible for doing the girls laundry, folding it, and putting it away. Also, keep the play toys and play area cleaned daily is a must. Our current Aupair from France will be leaving in January -- she is available to speak with at anytime to know what life with twins is like. As such, we definitely need someone by January 15th if possible. We feel that it is very important to involve the child caretaker in our family as much as possible and will include her in as many activities as she desires. Generally when we travel (mostly to Florida or NJ/NY) about twice per year and the aupair is welcomed to join us -- travel expenses paid by us. In addition, she will have time to explore on her own while we are in those places. We are very kind people and enjoy sitting down each night as a family to enjoy dinner together. The au pair we have now is like our own family. We will keep in touch even after she returns to her home country.
