1. Type registration and licensing application form (form No:BR/1)
2. List of trade names (form no.BR/2)
3. photo copy of all the partners passaport for those without any previous license with residence permits / visa for non-GCC states nationals & UAE nationals naturalizationidentification (for those any previous license)
4. Photocopy of the directors passaport incase he/she is not one of the partners
5. No-objection letter from the other government authorities according to the type of activity.

6. Two copies of the certificate issued by a director (specimen no.BR/10)
7. Certificate issued by the applicants bank in dubai (specimen no.br/11)

1. A lei determina que para abrir uma empresa ela necessita de um SPONSOR, que fica sendo dono de 51 porcento da empresa. O SPONSOR cobra de 10000 a 15000 Dhs por ano, podendo cobrar ate uma porcentagem sobre os lucros
 
2. A sala comercial, sem ela nao se obtem o alvara. Media de preco de um aluguel e de 60000 a 70000 Dhs.
